I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Cengizhan and Mustafa, were amazing, so friendly, and helpful. They even provided us with an early check-in when we arrived at 2am. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Taksim square and with easy access to public transportation including buses, trams, and the metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and it was also very quiet. The free Wi-Fi was sufficient for normal use, and I appreciated the individual air conditioning in the room. The staff at the reception were always ready to assist, offering transportation arrangements and providing tourist prospectuses and maps. Another great aspect was that they allowed two additional beds without any extra cost, and the payment can be done conveniently in cash or by credit card during check out.

The rooms are well-appointed with modern furniture and boast a very comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast spread provides a variety of options to start your day off right.
While all aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, there is room for improvement in terms of breakfast variety.
